How long will my order take to arrive?
We know you're excited to receive your jewellery, so we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
UK Standard Shipping usually arrives within 2–4 working days, while UK Express Shipping typically arrives within 1–2 working days.
International delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Every order is sent with tracking.
As soon as your jewellery has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive your dispatch email. During this time, the courier is processing your parcel and tracking updates may not yet be available.
If your tracking hasn't updated after 24 hours, or you need any assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch - we're always happy to help.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been packed or dispatched yet, we'll always do our best to help.
Whether you'd like to change your shipping address, swap a design or cancel your order, simply contact us as soon as possible and we'll let you know what options are available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your jewellery.
If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unworn and returned in its original packaging.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
If you need to arrange a return, our team will be happy to help.
Returns Timeline: What Happens After You Send It Back
Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect the jewellery to ensure it meets our return policy.
If everything is in order, we'll process your refund or exchange within 7 working days.
Refunds are always returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional working days for the funds to appear in your account.
We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed, so you'll know everything is complete
Order Management
Changing Shipping Address
If your order hasn't been packed or dispatched yet, we'll do our very best to update your shipping address.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes, but we'll always help where we can.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you'd like to exchange your jewellery for a different design, simply contact us within 60 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Cancelling Your Order
If you've changed your mind, please get in touch as soon as possible.
We'll happily cancel your order and issue a full refund if it hasn't already been packed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you're welcome to return it in line with our Returns Policy.
I entered the wrong email address. What should I do?
Don't worry - it happens!
If you've accidentally entered the wrong email address when placing your order, simply contact us as soon as possible with your full name, and the correct email address.
We'll update your details so you can receive your order confirmation, shipping updates and tracking information.
If you're unsure whether your order was placed successfully, we're always happy to check for you.
How to apply a discount code
Discount Codes & Troubleshooting
If your discount code isn't working, please check that:
- The code has been entered correctly.
- It hasn't expired.
- Your order meets any minimum spend requirements.
- The code is valid for the items in your basket.
- Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined or used together at checkout.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and any safe places.
- Asking neighbours or other members of your household if they've accepted the delivery.
- Waiting up to 24 hours, as parcels are occasionally marked as delivered shortly before they arrive.
If you're still unable to find your parcel, please get in touch. We'll investigate with the courier and do everything we can to help resolve the issue.

Is your jewellery waterproof?
Yes, our jewellery is made to be worn every day.
Our pieces are designed to handle everyday water exposure, including hand washing, showering, exercise and daily wear.
To keep your jewellery looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend gently drying it after contact with water and avoiding harsh chemicals such as bleach, cleaning products or strong perfumes.
Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our jewellery is made from stainless steel and is designed to be gentle on sensitive skin.
Stainless steel is a great choice for everyday jewellery because it is durable, comfortable to wear and less likely to cause irritation compared with many traditional plated metals.
If you have very sensitive skin or a known metal allergy, we always recommend checking the product details before ordering.
What is your Lifetime Colour Warranty?
Our Lifetime Colour Warranty protects you against unusual colour fading on the metal finish of your jewellery.
If the colour of your jewellery fades unexpectedly, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the item. Our team will review it and help with the next steps.
The warranty covers colour fading only. It does not cover accidental damage, scratches, lost items, broken chains, general wear and tear, or damage caused by harsh chemicals.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
Our jewellery is designed to be tarnish-resistant and made for daily wear.
We use stainless steel with a durable finish, which helps your jewellery keep its colour much better than traditional fashion jewellery.
To protect the finish, avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals, cleaning products, chlorine, strong perfumes and abrasive polishing cloths
Can I wear it in the shower?
Yes, you can wear your jewellery in the shower.
Our pieces are made for everyday life, so occasional showering will not harm them. To keep them looking beautiful, we recommend gently drying your jewellery afterwards with a soft cloth.
For best care, avoid wearing jewellery with strong soaps, exfoliating products, fake tan, hair dye or harsh body products.
What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is made from stainless steel and finished in either gold or silver tones.
Our gold pieces are finished with 18k PVD gold plating, a durable plating method designed for everyday wear.
We choose stainless steel because it is strong, long-lasting, water-resistant and easy to care for, making it ideal for jewellery you want to wear often.
Can I swim with it?
Yes, our jewellery is designed to be water-resistant and suitable for everyday wear, including holidays and occasional swimming.
However, swimming pools and the sea can contain chlorine, salt and other chemicals that may affect jewellery over time.
If you wear your jewellery while swimming, we recommend rinsing it with fresh water afterwards and drying it gently with a soft cloth.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Your jewellery is made to be easy to wear and simple to care for.
To keep it looking its best:
- Store it separately when you are not wearing it.
- Gently wipe it with a soft cloth after wear.
- Dry it after contact with water.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, cleaning products, and abrasive polishing cloths.

Can I send my order directly to the recipient?
Yes, you can send your order directly to the person you are gifting.
Simply enter their delivery address at checkout and we’ll send the order straight to them. Please double-check the address carefully before placing your order, especially if it is being sent as a surprise gift.
If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the order is dispatched.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, we’re happy to include a gift message with your order.
Please leave your message in the order notes at checkout, or email us as soon as possible after placing your order with your order number and the message you’d like us to include.
We recommend keeping your message short and personal, so it fits beautifully with the packaging.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Make your order extra special with our signature gift packaging, available directly from your shopping cart.
Each Gift Packaging includes our premium branded gift box and is designed to beautifully present up to 3 jewellery pieces together. If you're gifting multiple people, simply add the number of gift packaging options you need to your cart.

Will prices be included in the parcel?
No, we do not include printed prices inside parcels, so your order can be sent directly as a gift.
